The Starter System: MVS 3.7

The three pack "Starter System" is actually a compact generation of MVS 3.7.  In spite of the compact size, there are quite a variety of devices generated for this system, although it is only necessary to utilize a few devices to build the MVS 3.8j target system.  The reason for this is that this system had to be generic enough to IPL on a number of diverse hardware configurations.
